Like many community youth programs, the Tofield Skating Club depends on Fundraising to keep the cost of running our program affordable for the skating families.
Fundraising Requirements for Skating families:
- Raffle Tickets: required to sell 1 booklet of tickets/skater for each session the skater is registered for.
- Bull Bash/Sodbuster Rodeo: one 4-hour concession shift per skater at either the Bull Bash OR Sodbuster Rodeo.
- Bottle Drive: Volunteers needed to collect donated bottles.
- Casino: Volunteers needed to fill various casino shifts.
We teamed up with the Canadian company Mabel’s Labels for a fundraiser that will run throughout the skating season.
Anyone can order under the Tofield Skating Club and the purchase is shipped directly to the customer (free shipping). Our organization will get 20% of sales.

This Cash Raffle will run from November to March. Each skater will sell booklets of raffle tickets. Each ticket is $10.
The draw will be at the year-end Carnival held in March 2021.

The club will be doing bottle drives throughout the season. We will publish the bottle drive date in advance to allow skating families and the community to save their bottles.

Our organization gets a casino fundraiser every couple years.
Originally, we had our Casino scheduled for Summer 2020, however, COVID-19 has delayed our casino.
Our casino is scheduled for: Nov. 4 & Nov. 5 in Camrose.
Our organization works concession shifts at the Bull Bash in April of each year. We look for volunteers from skating families to work these shifts.
